This is a lovely two bedroom cedar cottage on a 10 acre farm in between Mt Eliza and Mornington. It is in a lovely quiet position yet only 5 minutes from the centre of Mt Eliza and 10 minutes from Frankston

The cottage has two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two bunks and a single. There is a lounge/dining/kitchen area, shower room incorporating laundry facilities, there is reverse cycle air-conditioning and a wood fired coonara for those cold winter evenings. The cottage has a large veranda which includes a BBQ and enjoys delightful views across the neighbouring countryside. The cottage also has broadband internet access (guests to provide their own laptop) and luggage storage facilities.

What a wonderful place to begin our new life down under. The cottage is fantastic with everything we need to relax and unwind after our move. The views are wonderful and David and Debbie have been so helpful. It is a perfect base to explore the area and we couldn't have asked for more.
