This deceptively spacious property is situated on an older but well established housing estate only 3 minutes drive from Mornington Main Street.  It occupies a quiet cul-de-sac position with the rear garden overlooking a small grassed area.  The rear garden gate also has direct access onto this ‘parkland’.  It has a recently renovated lounge/dining/kitchen area which has a reverse cycle air conditioning/heating system  The lounge area has a TV and DVD player and there is also a small range of children’s toys, DVD’s and games for you to enjoy. The recently renovated kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher and large fridge freezer.  The house has five large bedrooms, 4 with queen size beds and 1 with a double bed.  All bedrooms have adequate hanging and drawer space for clothes and each room has a fan, electric blanket and a clock radio. The home has a separate laundry which incorporates a washing machine and clothes dryer and links on to the small but functional bathroom with bath and separate shower.  Outside there is a small enclosed garden with clothes line.  The house also has an undercover BBQ area with outdoor setting, driveway for off street parking and a large garage suitable for storage.  A broadband internet connection is also available (lap top hire available if necessary).
