As an individual buying a new car, you are at the mercy of the Dealer. We've changed all that. You can now order a new car through us and also receive a FULL FLEET DISCOUNT which is not offered by the Dealer. You save $1,000's. You can even pre order a car before you migrate for delivery on the day you arrive anywhere in Australia and also save on hire car costs.

MELBOURNE AIRPORT PICKUP - AU$240
Need to find your way from the airport? With our convenient Airport Pickup service, we can pick up you and your
family, including all your luggage, and take you direct to your accommodation. You will be met in the arrival hall by one of us and taken directly to your accommodation or, alternatively, to a car rental agency to collect a hire car. This is a free service for guests staying in our accommodation for 3 weeks or more. Otherwise the cost is $240 for 4 persons including all luggage (please let us know in advance how many items of luggage you have) price includes, toll, airport parking (while we wait for you to clear customs) and petrol charges. Please book and pay for this service when booking your accommodation. If you are not booking accommodation through us but still require airport pickup please email us from our "Contact Us" page for availability.

LARDER SERVICE - Shopping Costs Only
Want to arrive at your accommodation with your favourite groceries already stocked in your cupboards? We can
arrange to stock your fridge and cupboards with your initial grocery supplies. Arrive with less worry, and feel at home! Please complete the on-line 'Shopping Request' form when booking. This is a free service for guests staying in our accommodation, you only pay for the items requested (receipts provided).

MIGRANT INFORMATION LIBRARY- FREE
All our properties have a 'Migrant Information Library'. This includes information on Medicare, Centrelink allowances and ambulance cover, a selection of local school prospectus' (not available in Docklands apartment), tourist information (both local and further afield) real estate magazines, bus and train timetables, local take-away menus as well as a wide range of information on other local services such as doctors, dentists and supermarkets etc.

MAIL REDIRECTION SERVICE - FREE
We can provide you with a local mailing address so you can re-direct your UK mail to your new address in Victoria. You can also use your new address to keep in contact with your freight forwarding agent or to apply for ambulance cover etc before you arrive. This service helps avoid the costs and restrictions involved in leasing a PO Box.
